I don't care for Red Delicious apples, no, not tart enough, not crisp enough. I like Winesap, McIntosh, and so forth. Cybersettle.com looks like a clearinghouse, or a middleman, for lawyers and adjusters. They give you three cracks at settlement of a case, if you are more than $5,000 apart, no settlement, if you are $5,000 or less they split the difference. I think I know how to settle cases when the parties are relatively close in their assessment of the value of the case.
