I asked IR to clarify the share count from the previous response.......... *************************** Dear Ms.XXXXX To clarify, the total number of shares issued and outstanding ("fully-diluted", including options and warrants) is about 18 million. The breakdown of the 18 million: 12.199 million are currently issued and outstanding, and about 6 million are in the form of options and warrants.
