One remaining uncertainty is just how many shares there are going to be outstanding. Worst case is that they convert now and end up with $5m worth of shares at around $0.50. This would mean another 10m shares to go with the 22 million already outstanding. A very sensible deal on the company's part here. At least they now have some cash and will be out from underneath the floorless. What they did was actually one of my suggestions on the thread a little while back, although they got much more for it than I had anticipated: Message 11320673 Peter
