It is not ILLOGICAL for God to perform a miracle and defy the Laws of Nature... In deed it is LOGICAL to presume that if a MIRACLE ( something that defies nature ) has occurred it is indeed a miracle.

Praying to God for intervention into the "natural" course of events for things such as Healing etc. is also logical !!

But if you are trying to figure out what a scripture means you cannot just say it means one thing to me and another to someone else or else the VERSE has no DEFINATE MEANING... It then become subjective.. The bible also would them be meaningless really serving no purpose. Look what the Bible says about itself:

2 Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

Something cannot be both right and wrong at the same time !

Either it is a sin to worship God according to our imagination or it isn't.. It cannot be right for one and wrong for another.
