Scott & Greg,

I find it interesting that we follow three of the same puny biotechs, two of which are San Diego (or environs) based. Do you guys live here, too? Appreciate occasional off hand comments about VICL and IMCL, even on this thread, if no one objects. I.E. Let us know when you think VICL might be more compelling. Hey, I called one for you guys ;~] FWIW, I don't see much more downside to IMCL, short term, and I'll buy a little more in the low 20s or lower if I'm wrong. If I make enough predictions, I'll start getting 'em wrong, and then the pressure will be off.

Regarding ISIP, I thought it did OK today. I expect it to drift slightly lower pending news, meaning my last comment to Greg still holds. Scott and I seem to roughly agree here, if I'm understanding correctly. Note that a good chunk of this rise is the expectation of good results on Crohn's. Anything less and we're headed for single digits for a while. On the other hand, if the market sees fast track, we're off to the races. A watershed moment approaching for ISIP. What's y'all's take? I'm holding partly hedged.

Really aggressive types might try a straddle here, though the premiums just got more expensive (a factor in my decision to sell some calls).

Cheers, Tuck
