Read on, but while you do, think about profits. While not profits Mr. Falk instead of BS, or will EDIG join NCII, PTSC and ATCO as profitless companies?

e.Digital Corporation EDIG , announced today that it has retained The MWW Group, a leading, national, full-service communications agency, for the launch of an investor and consumer media relations program.

Mr. Anandpura most recently served as Managing Director for Maycom Europe Ltd. in Surrey, U.K. Mr. Anandpura was the lead engineer in the development of a branded MP3 Internet music player. He has also held positions as Electronic Engineer, Senior Design Engineer and Project Manager of Maxon Systems, Inc., in Surrey. While with Maxon he managed projects for British Telecom UK, Matra Communication France, and DFG Germany. He also worked in various engineering capacities at Gujarat Transceivers Ltd. and Digital Innovations, Ltd., both in India. Mr. Anandpura holds a Bachelor of Engineering Electronics degree from M.S. University in Baroda, India.

Mr. Ferguson most recently served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development for Enterprise Design Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa and is currently working toward a Masters Degree at San Diego State University.

Mr. Lane most recently held the position of Design Engineer at L3 Communications Telemetry and Instrumentation in San Diego, California. Prior to that, Mr. Lane held similar positions with Scientific Atlanta/Signal Processing Systems and Loral Instrumentation, both in San Diego. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University.
