What Boesky and his ilk did was small time compared to what is going on now. Maybe someone can refresh my memory but all he really got nailed for was parking stock in someone else's name. I don't think the insider stuff played into the sentence too much. As I said, tiny time. No one will get hammered for today's sins - too many are on the wagon. Levitt talking about selected disclosure is a joke - he is a ToothlessChipmunk&reg squeaking in the bushes. -ng- And the PPT will support the market in any event.
