Thanks for the clarification on Albino.

With respect to the New Mining Law, as I have not seen it I can't provide much comment on it. Due to language barriers I have to rely on other peoples' interpretation(s), which is not an ideal approach.

Hopefully, we will see official interpretation and response from Crystallex to guide our understanding of what the new law means and does not mean. Right now, it appears that Minca has a hurdle, but it does not necessarily mean that Crystallex has all the aces in its hands, ie. obtaining consent is one thing (KRY granting consent to Minca in exchange for a financial arrangement) and exercising mining rights (outright ownership of the mining rights secured by KRY beyond title) are two very different things.
