what law prohibits michael dell or other insiders from selling all their shares if the wish to do so?

The Dell gang has certainly given me the conviction to add more puts and hang on tight for the inevitable wash out. It was amazing how fast put writers started wising up this morning. I didn't even get half the puts I ordered as IVs expanded rapidly. Looking forward to returning the favor. <ggg>
