Capacity purchases are a given but the timing will be an issue due to the earthquake and perhaps Greenspan. Will Greenspan's efforts to slow economic growth affect capacity purchases at some point? I suspect some will start to ask this question in the coming months if the Green Man continues to ratchet up rates in the face of a white hot economy.
