I don't have much to report about the chip industry except those news that have been mentioned in the press from what I have read. The investors (or speculators) in Taiwan are still pretty hot about certain PC suppliers and chip foundries. I was in Japan last week and almost out of the loop completely, so I probably can learn more from you than the other way around.

I had more than unread 4,500 posts on this thread when I first returned to it. You guys can really write! -g-
