It also announced that it executed a merger agreement with First International Financial Corporation, a Delaware corporation. Furthermore, the Company has filed with the Secretary of State, of the State of Colorado, an Amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation changing the Company's name to Freerealtime.com, Inc. The Company's common stock is now designated by CUSIP Number 356870 10 5; the old CUSIP Number for the Company's common stock was 74437N 10 7.
