Now being serious: I had such a good experience in US consulates, when I went visiting as an Indian citizen, Green Card Holder and as an US citizen. The libraries were very good. Don't tell me that U were at the front desk and had to handle all those papers that the natives gave U. After posterior ablution, the natives don't use soaps to wash their hands.
