Lee; Their options trading has always sucked if you don't get a broker on line. The option quotes are not reliable either. Lucky for me option trading is not my bag, I do it some but not often. The new upgrade is nothing but whistles and bells, it's not as good as the one they replaced. Like you I'm hanging on because I like a local office, if some of the big boys start e-trading at a reasonable discount I'll move. Till then I just do the best I can to work around their screwed up system, I do like the idea that next month we will have after hour trading on some stocks. Also from what I'v seen and read most of these discounters have one problem or another. Jim
