Intel earnings up - (but less than consensus) - no details yet, except:

Intel reported third quarter earnings of
55 cents a share excluding charges,
compared with 45 cents a share a year
ago. Analysts had expected Intel to
earn 57 cents a share. Revenue rose 9
percent to $7.3 billion. Intel expects
revenue for the fourth quarter to be
higher than the third quarter.
