Looks like they'll end up holding about 1.5 million shares, if they believe in the company...... so, about 6.5 million exercised and sold within the next 18 days, worst case? No, worst case is they sell the whole 8 million tomorrow. <g> Realistically, they are trying to get the highest price, so they will spread out the sales over the next few weeks. Certainly selling 6.5 million over today and the next 17 trading days is a likely scenario (assuming no forced redemption). Peter
