<Pray for good Intel earnings 'cause the markets are lookin' real bad. > I doubt if they will hit the whisper, even the 0.57 is in doubt. I am thinking it will take a whole lot of spin to make the future look rosy. So, I dumped a few semis and have raised cash. If the market goes down tomorrow, I am ready to buy depressed semis. If not, I will wait for the winding down of option plays to get back some of what I sold today.

Intel will have a decent quarter, not allowing for OTCs, but their forward projections will be the big swinger. Hopefully people will see that their bleak outlook is due to the competition and not to the economic conditions/earthquakes or whatever else is cited. Whatever, it will be hard for AMD to avoid being dragged down in the ensuing turbulence.
