I thought that post from tradegod a few days ago regarding amzn changing its model back and forth from inventory to no inventory etc. was very interesting. Yahoo has a no inventory selling model right now, Amazon blessed that model with the zshops. I don;t know how much $$ yahoo gets for its commerce implementation though (if any), or if they have even rolled anything out.

I bought Yahoo yesterday at 181. 174 is a better deal.

I think there will be three shopping portals in the long run: AOL, Yahoo, and Amazon...and all will do well, IMO.
