Comp, I agree with you on the individual. He is a loud voice on several issues. Fortunately, I don't think he carries much weight. And Levitt, the SEC dude, has been a little more centrist on the issue (although not everyone agrees with that). From reading his comments, he has never alleged that day trading should be banned. And I just adore the state regulators who spent their careers paying $200 commissions to ML and company and don't see any reason that should change. Alan
