Hi j' , You want clarity and I need to get my foot out of my mouth. >g<

The institutional investor agreed to purchase $700,000 and not 700K shares as I stated.
It is my understanding that all the shares in this transaction will come across the tape at some point in time. In order to come across the tape they will have been handled by an MM .
