Just for fun , then, let's say that non-recourse financing was available and in fact was demonstrated by binding commitment announced on closing. Again , just for fun - would your view be any different ? Regards.

A - a partner

B - a South African bank that will finance

C - financing by equity issue of Messina stock on Johannesburg exchange or

D - a combination of all of the above
