What a great time and opportunity. India must seize this moment to reap the most from this situation. Yeah. Maybe they should dance with joy in front of their overflowing garbage bins, and when they're done dancing, go behind the bins to do whatever they do by the side of the railway tracks, on the banks of the rivers, behind the trees, under the shrubs... ;-)
