At least they knew they were using the bugs. Some cultures eat bugs and like them. I was just jabbing the idea that our food was perfect.

Like was posted there is an acceptable level of rat hairs in food. The cleanest food group is booze. A brewery can be shut down for mouse droppings in the parking lot. Doesn't stop the workers from peeing in the vat though.

As an outdoorsman I'd figure you'd know about "extras" being added to the meat. I've eaten many a snail grubs when eating perch.
