ORACLE: Oracle appoints Frank A. Varasano as Executive Vice President, Oracle Products Industries

OCT 12, 1999, M2 Communications - REDWOOD SHORES, Calif -- Oracle

appointment of Frank A. Varasano as Executive Vice President, Oracle
Products Industries.

Varasano, a top executive at Booz * Allen & Hamilton, replaces Peter
Dunning, and in his new role, will lead Oracle's sales and consulting
efforts in Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Chemical, Energy,

large companies requiring strong engineering and manufacturing
capabilities in a wide variety of industries. He also has lead the
successful repositioning of large international companies in the face
