maybe they are giving the headends away as part of the "deal". Or it could be old gillette/HP trick. Give away one headend to generate 5000 modems sale. Just my guess....but it wouldn't be a bad idea! why not? 5000 modem can generate up to $1.3 million in sale(assuming 250 bucks per modem) while the headend only cost 100k or less? hey, I need to work for one of these companies in the marketing dept :)

Srini, You make a valid point. The market cap is 3X CMTO for TERN with similar sales numbers and similar EPS. Should we bet on CMTO getting certified? If so, we could be rewarded nicely. I can't imagine CMTO going down too much further, with or without certification.
