"Actually the "COUPLE" is commanded to be put to death not just the woman. " -my statement was that often only the woman was "tried" and put to death. "Those who brought the woman felt the same as you.. That God was too HARSH. " -well, me and Jesus... who did you say you followed? Jesus teaches compassion, not death. "We are not called to judge which sin is worse. They are all bad enough to deserve the death sentence. " -I'm glad I'm not living in your world. Trangressed original sin is the reason for death; that and other sin are Jesus' burden now. ..and I'm not trying to trap you, I was hoping we were having a discussion that was broadening both our views (but methinks your view is pretty tight and narrow and unchanging, but there's always hope, and of course faith and love) -maouse
