Thanks for posting. To me this means: (1) the delay will not likely extend to 1Q00; (2)problem is found and "fixed" subject to validation testing; (3) if testing is successful we will be on our way; and (4) this could happen anytime between now and 12-31-99.

Still a lot of uncertainty in the timeframe, but the best news we've heard yet.
