Give it up. A new process is a new process. It will be just as tough for AMD to move to a 0.13u process as it will be for Intel, if not tougher. Just because AMD is going to implement copper interconnect in their 0.18u process doesn't mean 0.13u will be a walk in the park for them.

And I predict that Intel will reach 0.13u well before AMD, assuming AMD has enough money left by then.
