complete idiots. that's what i think. Intel's revenue is above expectations and futures are down. what a crock of laughter. We already know Dell will exceed if you can take MD at his word.

this about says it all:

would only add that the .18mb process comes on fulltime next qtr. this process not only (a) increases Intel's earnings but (b) will potentially increase Dell's earnings as well because

1) number of chips per wafer increases between 30% and 40% (depending on design)
2) because of the shear increase in the number the price goes down - thus Intel is able to cut prices even further - if necessary or
3) processing power increases per system and Dell is able to maintain current ASP

Stromberg is very knowledgeable on the .18. though and it's potential benefits to Dell and Dell's bottom line earnings in the 4th and going forward

so at what level would you consider DELL to be a buying opportunity?
