Yes, but don't tell the "smart set". Yeah, they laughed when Reagan said the Soviet Union would collapse. They argued that defense spending was a waste because we could do nothing with it and the Soviets would match us. They cringed when Reagan said the Soviet system was evil.

So, the only thing that fell was the Berlin Wall.
