I guess enough has been said regarding our points.

The only thing is regarding the recent Wittman Hart deal recently. I dont disagree that hiring a top-end Systems Integrator to help push the development of NDS solutions is good component to the end-goal of "NDS Entrenchment". The only thing I wonder is - $100Million for one component of the NDS push strategy. Thats a lot of money for one component of your strategy. Could that same amount of cash be used in more effective ways? $100 Million buys a hell of a lot of ScheMax licenses. It pays for a lot of NDSforNT licenses (thanks Scott for clearing up that point for them).

So you dont mind Novell spending $100 Million for a company that will try its best to push the development of NDS-enabled solutions to a big enough part of the industry, BUT, they cant forgive a few $Million at most for ScheMax licensing in order promote NDS Entrenchment.

Please explain why you believe Schmidt's HUGE investment is a good means of promoting NDS to the world-wide industry?
