Of course they are. They are a permanently high platau <g>. I am loaded for bear in value, but I still plan to have my arse handed to me!

I think I am like a lot of people in that I realize what is happening with rates and inflation (realized it last summer), but still have my wad in anyway. Don't they call that complacency <g>.
