In other words, excluding any costs except "monthly office rent, and the kitchen sink" that they could possibly convince the SEC were non-recurring charges. But hey, what's a little smoke and mirrors between friends. Pro forma this, pro forma that, and pretty soon you've got a money losing industry that's solidly in the black! At least long enough for insiders to cash out. Hopefully, right? -------------------- excluding non-cash charges and in-process research and development costs, much narrower than the First Call loss estimate of $0.25, vs year-ago loss of $0.44 on a pro forma basis;
