Hi all!

Net Shepherd has put up a great section on their website that explains many of the questions investors have. I applaud them for this. Once again a class act from a good company.

Here is the link to the website, together with links to some of the questions.

This is a listing of questions that have been asked by investors in recent times, and each one is answered on their website.

Why have you postponed the Investor Tour, planned for the week beginning the 18th of October?

Net Shepherd's Board met on Friday the 8th of October. Is there any news from that meeting?

During the Investor Forum, you stated that Net Shepherd's Internet Community Management System was in the final stages of moving from commissioning to production. This will enable the Internet Community to do more revenue-earning work. What's the news on this and when can we expect to hear revenue announcements?

At the last AGM, you made a commitment to be on the NASDAQ exchange. When is this going to happen?

What's the story behind the share price?

Why has there been so little news from you in the last few months?

We know that you've been talking to Webb Interactive in Denver about a number of possible business arrangements. In the last joint Press Release on August 12th, their President said: "This marks the first step in creating an ever-widening joint development and business opportunity partnership." What's been happening since?

>>just trying some levity <<

Good Afternoon Harry!

Levity is good, but how about anticipation? Things could be getting pretty interesting over at the NSI head offices now.

This afternoon, I placed a call to Peter Hunt to ask if there was anything he could tell us about what transpired at the BOD meeting. He said that as anticipated it was a progress review of negotiations with companies involved in their possible routes to NASDAQ.

He then went on to tell me that they have opted to reschedule their investors' tour until early November and that he had just put up this information on their company Website for everyone to read.

Here is the text of his message from the NSI Website. . .

The Timing of the Investor Tour

We are in the middle of negotiations with major potential customers and also with possible commercial partners on the route to NASDAQ. We felt that it was both prudent and cost-effective to reschedule the Tour to early November.

The Tour is to enable conversations with significant current and potential personal and institutional investors. For details of Tour times and places, please e-mail peter.hunt@netshepherd.com.

Now this is just me speculating here, but it seems to me that their decision to postpone their investors' tour has to be linked to what was discussed at the BOD meeting.

Now, I for one am encouraged by this. If these negotiations are fruitful, then we could be pretty close to some great news. By the way, I like the use of the words, "major" and "NASDAQ".

However, I also want to say that although I am excited about the possibilities, I also have both feet planted firmly on the ground and I have decided to take a more pragmatic approach to this news. Translation . . . although I have my eyes on some good champagne that I want to buy, I will hold off buying it until I actually see any deal in print.

I also would highly recommend any investors to go take a good look at the new NSI Website. They have improved it, and it offers (or will offer when all the sections are complete) a good source of information for investors.
