If he's not a liar...

then he's a terrible stock analyst/trader. Is he trying to say this is a good buy when there is the distinct possibility (read probability) that the market, including YHOO, will see further declines because of Intel's numbers and a weak market in general? He's not saying watch for a good level for re-entry... he's saying BUY! I think he's selling.
