We are entering a buying opportunity in this market unparalleled since the LTCM fiasco last October.

If you don't already own these stocks, I *strongly* recommend buying the following:

1) AOL
2) NVLS
3) CLIC

The following may be more vulnerable in the short term, but they should be accumulated (average down if necessary) with an eye towards the first half of 2000:

1) COVD
2) COST
3) DELL
4) ALTR

The following are much higher risk, and should be bought cautiously:

1) MEDQ
2) CPU

I also recommend increasing short positions in the following:

1) GUMM
2) REFR
3) IDX
4) ALTIF (place limit orders at 5)
5) CVSN

Sold a little NVLS today at 77 3/8 (big move). Will hold core position for 100+ and try to develop a trading position by buying more on any pullback.
