Ice- I twisted the sh#t out of my ankle playing softball a couple of yrs. ago. It took over a year before it quit hurting me in the mornings. Don't look for any two week miracles. <ng>

When it is healed enough to walk halfway straight, start some physical therapy. It would be a good idea to see a professional physical therapist. They'll give you some stretching exercises to promote flexibility. They work, but it takes some time.
