Yeah, it smells bad,
- Dollar weakening against everything - Yen (since July), Crude (since June), Gold (since September) and now even against the Euro.
- TYX H&S failed, which is bullish on rates (lower bonds).
- Ballmer said it.
- INTC missed the consensus by 2c the whisper by a nickel.
- Pitbull Crash Indicator on alert since 8/3.

If we get to 1280 again, it would be with the clear intention of breaking it and completing the H&S to at least 1140.

Still quiet today.
Bears are numb.
The market slashed through 1300 and went straight back to 1280. The gains from this level that took two weeks to accomplish were wiped out in two days.

Now a DEAD CAT BOUNCE from or to 1280 and then the express train to 1140 and under.
