Actually Craig, that's not it at all. You can IOI in as many accounts as you wish -- it's a programming glitch that they have yet to correct. Previously, there was a drop-down box, and now you have to switch accounts and do some dance.

BTW, it finally worked, and the farking window to IOI closed. I'm on the phone with 'em now to see if I can still change my IOI....
