It's pretty hard to buy vision if you have none to begin with. How do you even recognize a candidate with vision if you are visionless?

That's very true. It's easier to recognize candidates with PowerPoint skills. Anyway, if Bill Gates just stated the 'vision', why do they need 77 NEW guys with vision? Failover?
