Hi Ian, After Hrs trading indicates INTC to be @ one point $69. However, has been bouncing between $ 69 - $71. I think this is a great stock for the long haul & perhaps a good time to buy in @a low say $68+. like everything else, the next 2 Qtrs that is this 4th Qtr & 1st Qtr of '00 pretty much most Semi & chip such as INTC will deem profits $$$. That's my $0.02 jd

Ian, whether you like the INTC numbers or not, the market apparently doesn't. INTC traded down in the aftermarket, and GLOBEX is down big... Carl

Ian, I was reacting to the market sentiment, not exactly to INTC's numbers. Didn't mean to upset you. I honestly havn't even looked over them. The market sees .55. Estimates were for .57 That is all I was referring to. It's good to hear that they are providing strong guidance for 4th quarter. I only wish they could have made this one.
