I've noticed that some place an importance in comparing stock prices of AZNT and PINC. There is a difference in market valuations but one should keep im mind # of shares as compared to simply share price. Wide spreads will change comparisons significantly, depending on the close of a sale of buy. State the aggregate market value of the voting and non-voting common equity held by non-affiliates computed by reference to the price at which the common equity was sold, or the average bid and asked prices of such common equity, as of a specified date within the past 60 days. $19,498,881 a/o 8/20/99. State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date. 17,726,255 a/o 8/20/99.
