JimWillie. Your Elliot 3rd wave may just have a NAZ plunge overlay--this is still October. And old legends die hard. It seemed like the CNBC troop was setting things up for a major Oct dip based on the summation of normally obscure news. Really, Intel is a gorrila and thus won't die in a day. Trend is your friend--tide in the affairs of men--falling tide lowers all boats--so go with the flow.

>just yesterday somebody bitched at me that I was premature in selling a batch of options with the handset news so close

am i'm glad i sold my April 150 call as well. Funny thing is that i had seller's remorse. Don't quite have that anymore. Now then,......have to be patient for the next buying opportunity.

thanks again for your TA!

re: I leave the timing up to Man of Voltage

I must be the only one that knows this. <gg> I read too much. Voltaire was an 18 century Poet, Playwright, Philosopher, Free thinker, who influence Thomas Jefferson wrote about Newton, wrote the Philosophical Dictionary. see link below.

history.hanover.edu

Not the man of voltage. The man of voltage was Alessandro Volta who by the way, was 33 when Voltaire died. Volta was the first to show that an electric potential difference exists between two dissimilar metals that are both in contact with an electrolyte in a container. Sorry Volta has no site, what a shame that is. LOL.

p.s. And you thought this thread was about QCOM, didn't you? <VBG>
