The 10+ is for tomorrow, it will be in 40s, time this is all cleared out. And that might be low. ( IMHO ) I think the first time I sold it was like 35, the second time was 15. I can remember the 15, I bought , as usual, 3, 4 ,5, I remember having in a buy order in for 1,000@5 and it would not fill, so I changed it to market, it got filled ,at 5 1/4, next day it started it big rise to 15, that was in the early 90s, I started buying at 3, 4 and the shares just sat , for like a year, then all of a sudden, it took of like a rocket. this stock should be over 10+ right now. 2 to 3 years , looks great to me. Div checks have been coming all these years.
