oh - no, man... I wouldn't worry about gettin' what's yours from the bookie (^_^)

Berney, Bobby and Gonzo so far have called for a market "Top". DJ (most recently) suggests -15% extent from recent high; Berney lookin' for extent on his monthly charts, sees same thing as everybody else, that 15~20% decline in SnP would keep the longer-term bull market UpTrend intact.

otoh, I'm way out there in left field. imho, last 9 months has been the distribution phase of our long-term bull market. I'm thinking about things like "the 11 year business cycle" and crap like that, fwiw.

Still lotsa waves to ride, in both directions. We'll still have earnings churnings every quarter, and different sectors doing different things at different times. Bellwether stox will remain bellwethers.

An investment portfolio consists of stocks, bonds, cash=currency and perhaps, real estate. Kapital is destroyed when one of these things you hold loses intrinsic value. imho, all of these things may lose value; thus, "no exit".

There's some mighty fine traders and some great long-term investors in this sandbox... we've been through some terrific downdrafts before and, we'll be OK.

I'm just feeling vulnerable, you know what I mean ?
