Many thanks for checking on the gmst/gic arb, red. I think we may have reached the point of diminishing returns on analyzing the ruling. It seems clear that gmst was the victor, and that gic's press release was an attempt to put a face saving spin on their loss.

Hope things settle so you can join us on the thread more often. I'll look forward to seeing you on your next visit to the Silicon Valley area.
