court documents on Lexis/Nexis show that Jeanette Wilcher and William H. Wallace both lived at the same address in Minnesota in circa 1991. I found this by searching the Lexis civil judgments library for the state of Minnesota. The address in each case is 9250 Dellwood Rd. The town is listed variously as Grant Township 55110, Mahtomedi 55115, and Stillwater 55082. The records for Wallace show that as recently as 1997 he owed $40,434 to the State of Minnesota for taxes. His address in 1997 was elsewhere, but the social security number is the same as for his tax lien in 1993 when his address was at 9250 Dellwood Rd., so I'm sure it's the same person. In another search, using Nexis to search regional newspapers in Minnesota, I found that Jeanette Wilcher, at the same address in Mahtomedi MN, declared Chapter 12 bankruptcy. Details in following posts, copied directly from the Lexis/Nexis machine. The only change I have made is to delete the first 7 digits of Wallace's social security number. While his number appears in a public document, I have elected to obliterate to comply with SI's terms of use policy.
