p&f high-low indicator reverses up from 11 to 20%, while %10 indicator is @ 10%, the same level it reached in Oct 98. Could be looking at a bottom here.

Briefing.com and MSN show earnings for TXCC after the bell on 10/19, but my Daily Graphs indicates tomorrow. Just checked their WEBsite and it says 10/19. Boy, they need to get out of their funk!

Maybe soon we'll start to see a reversal. The P & F folks seem to be becoming a bit more optimistic.
