If it was stuff, it was a planned in advance stuff so that accounting is smooth. But, I don't think there was much of "stuffing" this quarter - I suspect it was more of a pull-in from Q4.

One way to monitor this would be to look at unit volumes. Looks like Intel did 29 or 30 mu this quarter - if the volumes in Q4 do not go up strongly then that would be indicate to me that there were pull-ins in Q3.
