I would bet Nokia is up to something. As with Voltaires paronia, Nokia has been upgraded or spoken about 3 times in a week by diferent houses. The last time this happened with the Q was right before new issue came out. I predict Nokia will either issue shares, buy a company(probably dsp), or maybee even the handset division.

Not to mention that the INTC guys will probably bail and go invest in QCOM.
